Returns & Cancellations

- Returns, exchanges, or cancellations of in-stock merchandise are not guaranteed and must be approved by management
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled
- Special order items and custom products are non-returnable and non-cancellable
- Mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, and bedding items are non-returnable
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking or usage fee
